Volunteer or Intern Opportunities

Get Involved

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE . . . We Need Your Help!

Are you interested in a rewarding and challenging opportunity? MCP relies heavily on the help of the community and you blessing us with your precious time. We utilize volunteers and interns from various walks and backgrounds to strengthen our staff and the quality of services we provide to our clients. Volunteering and interning is a great way to improve your advocacy skills, learn about the issues of crime victims and help our community heals from the trauma and pain. Volunteers may also choose to work as in-office support advocates. We have several volunteer positions; some volunteers work in the court room, some work in the office, and others work in the community.

Both Volunteer and Intern will be required to:

  • Complete an application
  • Be interviewed by staff
  • Have a completed background check
  • Attend orientation
  • Complete mandatory training
